Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations up to 21 days before the arrival date, the deposit is refunded. In this case, the accommodation does not bear any bank transaction fees.
For cancellations less than 21 days, the deposit is not refunded.
Important: Cancellation notification must be in writing to the e-mail pensionhara17@gmail.com.
In case of departure of the respective customer before the scheduled date, the accommodation charges 100% of the remaining stay.
Check in - check out policy:
Check in time 15:00. Check out time 11:00.
Reception:
Services are offered from 09:00 to 22:00.
Smoking policy
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and in all closed areas. If it is found that smoking has taken place in a room, the property will charge a cleaning fee of 100 euros to your account before or after check out.
Political use of kitchen inside the rooms
Guests are responsible for the proper use of the kitchen in the rooms.
It is forbidden to prepare food that can cause strong long-lasting odors in the room.
The room should be ventilated during and after cooking (stop air conditioning and open windows)
Guests are responsible for cleaning and washing used utensils.
The cleaning service is not responsible for washing the used dishes.
Personal belongings
Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings during their stay at the property. The property is not responsible for any loss, damage or destruction thereof. Guests are advised to store their personal belongings in the safe in their room upon arrival.
Access policy for people with disabilities
Our accommodation is not compatible for disabled access.
